About Dr. Hudson
Emily Hudson, ND, LPC
As a Naturopathic Doctor, I believe in your body's innate healing potential and will work with you to harness that potential. I have been trained to identify obstacles to health and can help you find the balance that might be missing.
I understand that each person is unique and has their own story to share. As a client, you can expect me to spend a lot of time getting to know you and your health goals. Your story will be heard and used to guide you through an individualized healing journey.
I am particularly passionate about helping women achieve optimal health through better understanding of their unique hormones. I also believe that a holistic approach must include digestive health considerations as many issues often originate in the gut. Above all, I incorporate conversations about mental health into every visit to encompass a truly holistic approach.
I rely on the traditional Naturopathic Principles to guide my recommendations. As a naturopath in a sea of conventional practitioners, I will always strive to integrate natural means with the conventional. You can expect me to work with your doctors when appropriate; this is how you may be cared for best.
